Richardson-Young Hill Tract

The 169 acre Richardson/Young Hill Tract is situated southerly of the Little Androscoggin River and westerly of the Greenwood/West Paris town line and contains over 1.5 miles of frontage along the Richardson Hollow and Young Hill Roads. The tract is comprised of well and moderately well drained soils sloping south and southwest and is well stocked with mixed softwood and northern hardwood species. The lot is very accessible to Sunday River, the White Mountains and the western Maine mountains to the north.
Access to the Richardson-Young Hill Tract is via Route 219 from West Paris and then northerly across the Richardson Hollow and Young Hill Roads.
